Some time ago I
advised you that I had incorporated detailed family trees including all living
persons into the
web site. To access them, a secret link was created which was shared only upon
request
with myself. This seemed to work pretty well and appeared to provide adequate
security for personal information on living family members. There was only very
limited interest in accessing these detailed family trees. There was one
problem. I did not realize
just how powerful google and other search engines are. I in fact found that out
when
certain search requests were made that some pages from the detailed family tree
files
were listed. In view of this I have now removed the detailed family trees from
the
web site. In the remote chance that any of you wish to see the entire data base
for
their family, you can email me to make arrangements. I will also include the
detailed family trees in the bessetttefamilies.com CD that I have
previouly made you aware of.
