Very nice Ralph and I still have a lot more to see. The verse to Anne Marie was very touching. It looks like your grandson Dan Sackett takes after you. His letter about his uncle Scott was very good. Love your cousin Jackie

Thank you for all of your hard work and research of all the different spelling,,, McLean-Fleming family! I saw all of the different spellings on the gravestones in Bristol, VT, when I last visited with my Dad. As you have seen from my son Ryan, even the younger generations are grateful to get a glimpse of their heritage. Whatever our name is... through your research we can at least know that our McLean ancestors did come to America from Ireland and not Scotland as some people would like me to believe. It appears as I grow older that I find that our McLean family becomes more and more distant from each other. Since we no longer have joyous family reunions, stories of old will no longer be passed down to the younger generations, which makes your research invaluable to all. You, Aunt Dot, and your children have inspired me since we first met. You are all very special to me!. Everyone needs someone in their life that they can admire and aspire to. I am very proud of each of you! Your grandkids appear to be mirrors of their parents also. Your grandson Daniel is right on with his description of Scott! From the first day I met Scott, I believe he was 5, I knew that he was an extraordinary child! He was so inquisitive, intelligent, charming, and the most loving little boy I had ever met. I'm so glad to hear that his nephew sees this in him also. Both KayKay and Scott stole my heart when they were small because I had never met nor seen more lovable children. Keep up the Good work Uncle Ralph! Love, JoJo

The following was received from Suzanne Fleming who inquired about the Fleming families and who I directed to the family site:

Dear Raoul,
I can't thank you enough for getting back to me so soon. I have just spent the last few hours reading everything at your web site. What a beautiful tribute to family. I am just so impressed, I am at a complete loss of words.
I Just wanted to let you know how I came about. My father was Wayne C. Fleming who's father was Clifton C Fleming, who's father was Charles Russell Fleming who married Vinnie Harris. Most of my searching is on the Fleming side of the family. This is all so very new to me as I have only started my search recently. The History of my family is very interesting to me but it was my heritage ( or so I thought ) that really got me searching. Now that I have found that my heritage or what I was told of it is only a miscommunication of information, my search will now be focused on Family and it's history.
I, as you, have come to a stop with Moses Fleming Born in abt. 1799.The only record of him that I have been able to find is a birth record, via internet,  with a birthdate of 1799 in New York. I cannot seem to find any record of his parents. I realize the records that I find on line are very different from the actual record. Can you direct me to where I could possibly find more info on him?
Again, I would like to say that you have made an amazing family site and also that one could only hope to achive the same. You have done such a fine job that I'm not quite sure I can help at all, but if I can, please don't hessitate to contact me anytime.
Regards,
Suzanne Fleming
